These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:

Hereinafter referred to as the “Establishment”

And any person making a reservation, hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”.

Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Reservation

A reservation becomes firm and final upon receipt of the confirmation email sent by the Establishment and, where applicable, of the requested payment. Please ensure that the information provided when making your reservation is accurate. Any incomplete or incorrect information may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

2. Rates

Rates are expressed in euros, all taxes included. Tourist tax, where applicable, is charged in addition in accordance with local regulations.

Prices may vary depending on the season, length of stay and booking channel.

3. Payment

Depending on the rate selected at the time of booking:

·      a deposit or prepayment may be required

·      a bank pre-authorization may be carried out

Accepted payment methods are bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer and cash within the limit authorized by law.

4. Cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.

Standard Flexible Rate

• The guest may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

• The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if cancellation occurs within 7 days before arrival.

• The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if cancellation occurs within 2 days before arrival.

Non-refundable rate

The stay is due in full upon confirmation. No refund may be made in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show.

For any reservation made through a partner platform, the conditions of the relevant channel apply.

5. Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. Please vacate your room before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any request for early arrival or late departure remains subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

6. Shortened stays

In the event of early departure or interruption of the stay, the total reserved amount remains due, unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.

7. Security deposit

A security deposit of €100 may be requested upon arrival.

It will be returned within 48 hours after inspection of the room, provided that no damage or deterioration is found.

8. House rules

Casa Elena is a place of rest and serenity.

We kindly ask you to:

respect the peace and quiet of other guests

·      keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m.

·      not organize parties or events

·      take care of shared and private spaces

·      minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

9. Liability

The Establishment undertakes to provide attentive hospitality and a quality stay.

However, it cannot be held liable for:

·      cases of force majeure

·      loss or theft of personal belongings

·      indirect damages

The liability of the Establishment is limited to the amount of the reserved stay.

10. Pets

Pets weighing less than 10 kg are accepted subject to prior approval. A supplement per stay may apply to cover cleaning costs; please contact us in advance. Pets must not be left alone in the rooms.

11. Non-smoking policy

Casa Elena is non-smoking throughout all indoor areas. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cleaning and restoration fees.

12. Personal data

The information collected is used solely for reservation management and customer relations. In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data upon simple request to: contact@hotelcasaelena.com

13. Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the Guest may use a consumer mediator free of charge, chosen by both parties, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law.
